Please plan on arriving to the Reunion Cabins at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch in Granby by 6 pm as we will begin retreat activities at 6 pm.  Someone from Patriarch will arrive as early as 3 pm, so if you would like to come up early and get settled in, we should be there after 3 pm.  You do not need to check-in at the registration building.  We will check our group in all at once.  Due to the variation in arrival times, there will be no retreat dinner on Friday night.  Please plan on eating dinner before you arrive.

We are staying at the Reunion Cabins at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch Location in Granby, CO - 1101 Co Rd 53, Granby, CO 80446

Please bring a Bible.  You will not need to bring towels, blankets or pillows as these are provided by the retreat center.  Typical weather for early October in the mountains has lows in the 20s-30s and highs in the 50s-60s, so please pack accordingly.  Frequently men play outdoor lawn games late into the evening, so bring warm clothes if you plan on being outside in the evening.

Meals will be provided all day Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast.  We will be enlisting teams of men to help prepare meals, so please plan on helping prep/cook one meal.  Please feel free to bring lawn games and indoor games for recreation times.

Departure on Sunday, October 13
Retreat activities will conclude no later than noon on Sunday morning to allow travel time for men returning to homes out of the state and to allow Colorado men time with families on Sunday afternoon/evening.  We will be celebrating Mass on Sunday morning.
